Cancellation Mobile Drip IV Policy

We understand that there are times where emergencies or obligations for family or work may arise. However, failing to call and reschedule or cancel your appointment denies other clients the ability to book their mobile appointment, due to a seemingly reserved position.

By reserving an appointment and placing a hold using your credit card, you are expressly authorizing TRANQUILITY IV WELLNESS to the following charges:

All mobile bookings are subject to a $75 non-refundable booking fee (this will be the delivery fee for the provider).

1. Cancellations with less than a 12 hour notice of the reserved appointment will be charged 50% of the infusion of choice price to the held credit card on file.

2. Cancellations with less than an 8 hour notice of the reserved appointment will be charged 75% of the infusion of choice price to the held credit card on file.

3. Cancellations with less than a 4 hour notice of the reserved appointment will be charged 100% of the infusion of choice price to the held credit card on file.

4. If TRANQUILITY IV WELLNESS cancels due to medical non-suitability, you will be charged 50% of the infusion of choice price to the held credit card on file.

Charged in full:

1. If a Doctor has already been dispatched to the client’s location, or if you are not present at the given address within 15 minutes of the Doctor’s arrival, you will be charged the full price to the card on file.

2. Infusions may require multiple attempts at venous access due to circumstances beyond the Doctor’s control. If a Doctor has already been dispatched to the client’s location, and the IV is not completed due to the client’s refusal to allow more than 1 attempt at venous access, this will be considered a cancellation and you will be charged in full to the held card on file.

3. All appointments booked online or by phone are considered pending as soon as submitted. Once you are confirmed with a Doctor and provide your credit card, the appointment is considered confirmed and the cancellation policy will go into effect.

4. We ask that if you are exhibiting symptoms or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19/flu to answer the questions honestly in order to ensure safety. If you are COVID-19/flu positive you must wear a mask while the Doctor is on site.

Cancellation Mobile Drip IV Group Policy:

1. Group cancellations with less than a 12 hour notice will be charged 50% of the cost for all infusions of choice and delivery fee to the credit card(s) on file.

2. Group cancellations with less than a 8 hour notice will be charged 75% of the cost for all infusions of choice and delivery fee to the credit card(s) on file.

3. Group cancellations with less than a 4-hour notice will be charged 100% of the cost for all infusions of choice to the credit card(s) on file.

4. Group no-shows will be charged full price for all infusions of choice to the credit card(s) on file.

Provider Fee:

In the event that an infusion is stopped, the client will be charged the full price of the infusion and the delivery fee. This fee applies in the following circumstances, including but not limited to:

1. When the provider is present but client unable to
receive drip because information was not disclosed
at the time of booking (example: alcohol withdrawal, drug abuse, time restraint)

2. When the provider is present but client unable to receive drip because vital signs are out of range

3. When the provider is present but the IV not completed due to the client’s condition (example: could not tolerate it, Vasovagaled and did not want to continue)

4. When the provider is present but the IV not completed due to the client’s condition of poor venous access-after 3 attempts

5. Unsafe or unsanitary environment

6. If a provider is already in route to the client’s location, or if the client is not present at the given address within 15 minutes of the provider’s arrival this will be considered a no-show and you will be charged 100% of the infusion of choice and delivery fee.
